Song 8: Lord Of The Lost - "Blood & Glitter"
The last song in the line-up already. Well there is one less finalist song tonight than originally planned. This is a hard rock / glam rock / heavy metal song. It's hardly surprising this featrues red light throughout, supplemented by white light beams at times. The angled flame effects enhanced this song, and the burst of fireworks was the perfect ending. I'm mystified as to the two multi-tier stages though; the person on the drumkit was on the top tier of one, and the person on the keyboards was on the top tier of the other. Although this genre is not my taste in music, if tonight's winner has to be one of the rock songs, I'd like it to be this one. Just to be picky, is this still song 9, or now song 8? I've ntoiced the 9 on title slide when the band was introduced, and the voting suffix is still 09.

Never forget Germany competes in Eurovision to also catch jury's attention, not only televotes, hence I thought of several things:
1. Anica or TRONG would be an okay and safe choice, I can see them gain some small portion of jury and televote points.
2. BOTH Ikke and LOTL might be quite popular with televote but not exactly that well with juries (but LOTL might be a bit better when it comes to jury points)

Ok, I'm not a singer so I don't know a lot about performing and I understand she needs to have the instrument in her hands.
But I don't understand why people who are not vocally on point and very secure choose that little microphone thingy.
It seems to me it's much harder to sound good using that than a normal mic.

I don't know whatever this performance is, but can we send this trio to compete instead?
(Yes, I'm aware that's probably Ilse singing)
