Seeing the rehearsal clip and immediately thinking about 2014 to 2017 again: Cute girls singing a radio pop song with basically no staging and no other creative ideas. At least Levina had an amazing opening shot. This is just so basic and deserves 26th place, no matter what else happens.

Just one question that I need to raise... Why on the earth did the team behind entry decide to remove this rotating square thing? I mean, that's what made S!sters win some months ago.

I remember watching some reactions when the songs were chosen and one major critique seemed to be staging of this (maybe they were overdramatazing because aly ryan did not win?). Wiwibloggs for example said they should get rid of the rotating platform. Back then I was asking myself "Will you like the song if they change the staging? I guess not"

I am one the few who likes the song and thought the dramatic shots in the national final made it stand out. It is a shame they decided to not have any staging at all instead of either changing only small parts of it (like camera shots) or work on a complete new staging at least.

And rightfully deserved. I would rather they take the last place coz I can't see anyone deserving the last place except them.

Aaaaah, just saw the snippet from the official ESC channel - looks amazing!! No matter where we end up this year, I'm so, so happy that Michael represents us with this song. He looked so vulnerable in that short video, I just wanna go and hug him. What an honest person, whoever dares to say this song isn't personal or that he is just acting will be on my blacklist immediately T()

That was my reaction to last year's rehearsal clip.

My reaction this year: That's it? Where are the emotions, the immersion? This will be a disaster next week, won't it At least the girls know how to dress, they look so much better than whatever Ann-Sophie, Jamie-Lee and Levina were wearing.

The first half of the performance is okay-ish, I don't really appreciate seeing their pre recorded faces on screen. But the part with the pictures is really cringy... Those words on screen feel out of place... And the female symbol merging into the peace symbol just feels forced and really weird.

Their voice are ok, but they will have to improve to impress at least with their vocals

Germany doesn't really want to win Eurovision that soon again. Very predictable and reminds me of those years when Germany has sent this kind of stuff and didn't go anywhere. Thank goodness for them they have their pre-qualifying status.

How can you end up with such a cheap boring staging when you've got amazing ideas in the music video? This is a joke, right? Tell me that the German team fooled us all and actually they translate the music video on stage. They just worked for that momentum today. This can't be true. Wasting your opportunities here to the max. I'm so angry right now. oOX
