The song came 2nd in the internal german selection 2009. I still can't understand why the jury choose Alex Christensen.

Daniel Kaiser (former Daniel Küblböck, Ex-"Idols"-candiate + kind of celebrity in Germany) applied for ESC, but NDR didn´t chose him for our NF.

The biggest german newspaper, "Bild", is making a big story out of it at the moment.

I'm disappointed, I actually like that a lot . I think it could have done really well at ESC

To me it feels like a German entry and something that would have followed Roman. Maybe not popular with the ESC crowd but certainly with the general public .
