What kind of confetti are they using??

At least they turned it into paper instead of just dropping the woodlogs.

this looks scary. They shouldn't use them at all.

That's not confetti its really long streamers that look like silly string on top of them
What a great idea to drop this stuff right into the performance.

Seriously, it gets scary. The song is not that bad, but they're doing their best to ruin it completely.

I don't recall any problems in the rehearsals and it did look great in the still pictures xshrug

I just don't get how they messed up the drop that badly to make it look like THAT xfaint

Must have been awful for the girls

first they fired it up too high so those things got tangled at the scaffold ... now they are firing it up too low & the whole **** is landing on the girls :(

They better stop throwing things at the artists during the performance. First it got Loreen into trouble, now our girls.

we walked around the Press Center and asked two dozen people and here and the vast majority said that The Netherlands had the best rehearsal. After that, Greece, Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom received about the same amount of votes.
On the other hand, most people said Armenia had the weakest rehearsal followed by Germany.

Do you think the girls were the right choice or do you think someone else should have gone instead?

I was in Cologne at USFD and the girls were simply the best this evening - I really love the song but there were actually two that I loved more ...
"like lovers do" & "Cotton candy hurricane" tbh ... I can't tell if those would do better.

Fiddler on the deck was my favourite.
I didn't like it before the NF but on the night I loved it

Germany seems to have a problem with stage designs. For Lena and Roman there was almost nothing, Cascada was not much of a success and now this mess with Elaiza. We need better support crews for our stage artists.

wrong choice. i said it early on but you reap what you sow. This is what happens when you do an elimination type of voting.

I was rooting for Unheilig myself but I don't know how they would have done either xshrug

I'm pretty sure they would have at least gotten mid-table at worst xshrug
