Well maybe, for some odd reason it seems Georgia is not as interested in this as the other Caucasian countries. Kind of weird considering they've been quite successful.

They had much more applications previously... this year is a catstrophe, maybe they don't believe that another country from Caucasus can win.
ESC ratings fell very much in Russia, Ukraine, Armenia - maybe it's the same for Georgia.
They had to extend the deadline because they couldn't find 9 performers =/

let's not forget that in both countrys esc starts around midnight. not everyone wants to wait that long to see a show :x

Here it coincided with 2 huge shows... apparently people were interested enough to wait until 1AM
+ ESC starts in the same time recently so this excuse doesn't work.

^ten i dunno. ukraine is gettong good places and so is russia.

but it depends. in portugal sometimes esc is one of the most watched tv shows and sometimes is not. is kinda random, actually.

Good luck to Georgia. I'll be asleep when the show starts (6 in the morning in California) so I'll catch the results later on. I have high expectations after 2 years of brilliant songs. Go Georgia!!!

In 2010, Georgia is my 10th best. In 2011, Georgia is my 4th best.

Horrible songs/performances until now. Edward Tartini was the best of them.
