Eurovision rules just state a song can't be longer than 3min, I don't think there's a rule for how short it can be though?...

There is no suck rule. As long as they stay below the three minute mark they're good to go. Most of the songs are slightly shorter than 3 minutes

It's a car crash I certainly wanna see. "I'm a Joker" is a soo bad it's bloody amazing type of song. The fact that 99% of people are disgusted by it as well all adds to it's amazingness. Hes insane!!!
