No,in fact the song is more than 8 months old(the official video is around 8 months old),but still,if it was in FSC the Belgian entry is not valid.

If someones wants, I can suggest a lot of South American songs and maybe some African one (but this seems to be more difficult)

Kristi, I said 6 groups of 4 teams, not 6 x 3, with the first 2 qualifing among with the TOP 4 3 placers.
