It's this guy:

Bert Brikenfeld alias DJ Critikal alias Bert On Beats who is responsible for most of HU?'s beats and production. Started in mid-1990s as hip-hop and drum & bass producer/DJ, founded HU? in mid-2000s and in the recent years has pursued his world/tropical beat/bass music project under Bert On Beats moniker. Here he is with Brazilian funk carioca queen Deize Tigrona.

52 points and 19th place exceeded all the expectations I had for this risky Brazilian funk carioca tune. I hoped to get a few points from here and there but most of the points came from jurors I did not expect to get anything from, and there was a lot more points than I had hoped for. It even outperformed our much safer pick from last month. And we also beat Sweden. Thanks for the support!
