@ Milos: It's Otelul Galati! Congratulations for the win. You had the Cup before the end of the season? Our Cup Final is on Wednesday and in the last years I am sure it was always schedlued after the last league round....

Sorry for the typo  ::oops:

Yep, we had the cup final in the ESC week.

I am very glad, that Gaziantepspor reached the Europa League.
One of their best player, Cenk Tosun, played at my favorite club, Eintracht Frankfurt, until this winter.

Dinamo Bucharest - Steaua Bucharest 1 - 2 xfruits:
We wooooooooooooooooooooooon the Cup! I think it was a good season after all. We won the Cup and we finished in front of Dinamo in the League and we are going directly to UEFA Europa League Play-Off! :D

The second goal is awesome! Steaua's crazy owner said that we will win with an own goal and he was right

Congratulations to Steaua :D Hopefully you make it to the Europa League itself xcheers :D And that own goal was epic :lol::lol::lol:

And Partizan is officially the champion of Serbia for 4th time IN A ROW! xcheer No club has managed to do this even while we were Yugoslavia. This season was the most successful in Partizan from its begining! It didn't happen yet that we win both the cup and the championship and take part in Champions League, but we made it this time :D And now I hope we are going to qualify to the Champions League yet again! This time I hope we will win some points, but even if we don't it's still a huge success to be there, as no Serbian club is doing anything for the Serbian football in Europe, everything is up to Partizan, and we are the only team that brings points for the Serbian football.

We tied with Metalac in the last round on purpose, as we needed 1 point to secure the title, and they needed 1 point to remain in the league so we played on a tie on purpose

Thanks Milos! The play-oof won't be a problem for us as we are in the first pot!

Congratulations to Partizan! Is the Serbian champion going directly to the UEFA Champions League group stage? If not, it would be interesting to have a match Partizan Belgrad - Poli Timisoara in the play-off :D

It was a very surprising and exciting season. Many favorites had problems this year and many underdogs played very well.

No, Partizan will not go directly in CL, but in the second preliminary round. Timisoara is on the champions route, on 3rd round, and these are the 5 posibilities for them: Benfica, Dinamo Kiev, Panathinaikos, Twente and Standard Liege.

Thanks! Then give them Twente or Standard Liege! And in the Play-Off I hope they meet Arsenal :D

Just like Sahistul wrote, Partizan will be competing in the second preliminary round in the CL qualifications :D

I'd really love to see this repeating again :D (the road of Partizan to the Champions League 2010/2011)

Partizan - Pyunik (Armenia)

Partizan - Helsinki (Finland)

Partizan - Anderlecht (Belgium)

The penalty shootout after which Partizan qualified to the CL :D

Horrible news! Poli Timisoara has been relegated directly to Liga 3! :((

Their place in UEFA Champions League will be taken by SC Vaslui, their place in Liga 1 will be taken by Sportul Studentesc Bucharest! Also Gaz Metan Medias will go to UEFA Europa League!

I hate it when money play an important role in sport competitions! :((

Wow :?

What was the exact reason for that decision?

In 2002 AEK Bucharest moved to Timisoara and took the name Poli AEK Timisoara, then they changed to Poli Timisoara. The new law says that you are not allowed to move a team from a city to another and change its name so they where relegated to Liga 2. Also they have a debt to Benfica Lisabona so they where relegated to Liga 3 for that. It bugs me that this decision is take now when the team is doing great performances and not in the past. Also Dinamo Buchares has biger debts but our Federation said that it's not a reason for relegation. Debts to the Romanian Government are not relegation reasons, only debts to other football clubs. Gloria Bistrita was also relegated to Liga 3 today, because of debts. Poli Timisoara wants to join the Serbian Federation and play in the Serbian League from now on....
