Routine victory of Partizan :D We could've scored at least 5 more goals, but victory is victory, we have 3 new points, and that's what matters. The 4th championship title (and which is more double crown!) is very close. We defeated and eliminated Zvezda both in the cup and in the championship, so everything is up to us now.

Crvena zvezda - Hajduk 3:1
Smederevo - OFK Beograd 1:0
Vojvodina - Rad 2:0

The table:

Today we celebrate 25 years since Steaua Bucharest won the UEFA Champions League, after a 2-0 win at the penalty-es, against FC Barcelona, in Sevilla! :D Helmuth Duckadam, the goalkeeper from Steaua defended 4 penalty-es!

FC Brasov - Steaua Bucharest 1 - 1 xfruits:
And we are in the Cup Final, because it was 0 - 0 in Bucharest. We will probably play the Final against Dinamo Bucharest, if they don't lose by 0 - 3 against Gloria Bistrita tomorrow!

Otelul Galati is the new Romanian Champion and the last Romanian team to go directly in UEFA Champions League group stage!

otelul_galati_1.png

This is a hystorical moment:

1. It's the first time Otelul Galati wins a trophy
2. It's the first time a club from Moldova wins a trophy
3. They had the lowest budget this year. The entire team costed only 150.000 Euros
4. They have only players from their junior team and from the cities near Galati + a few foreign players

Tomorrpw is the last round in Liga 1! The champion is known already, the relegated teams are known. It's just left to find out who goes to UEFA Champions League and who goes to UEFA Europa League.

FCM Targu Mures - ,,U" Cluj
Pandurii Targu Jiu - SC Vaslui - if SC Vaslui wins and Poli Timisoara won't win against Dinamo Bucharest then SC Vaslui will go to Europa League
Rapid Bucharest - FC Brasov
CFR Cluj - Steaua Bucharest - if Steaua wins then they are secured to go to Europa League even if they lose the Romanian Cup Final
Victoria Branesti - Gloria Bistrita
Universitatea Craiova - Gaz Metan Medias - if Gaz Metan Medias wins and Steaua doesen't win in Cluj then Gaz Metan Medias will go to Europa League BUT they also have to hope for Steaua to lose the Romanian Cup Final
Poli Timisoara - Dinamo Bucharest - if Poli Timisoara wins they are secured to go to UEFA Champions League
Astra Ploiesti - Otelul Galati
Sportul Studentesc Bucharest - Unirea Urziceni

More than a week till the end, but the Serbian champion is known as well :D

511px-Partizansvg.png

Partizan is going to win the double crown this season, and with an addition of "Champions League" participation, this is the most succesful season in the club's history xcheer

We already won the Serbian Cup against Vojvodina, who left the stadium because they are well.......cowards and bad losers. Also, the match shouldn't have been played at all neither, as they were late for 25 minutes, and only 15 is enough for a team that doesn't appear on time on purpose to lose with a public result (which they did lose with though)

But due to the circustamnces I mentioned above, and the losers from Vojvodina, the match of the final of the Serbian cup is registered as 3:0 for Partizan.

Crvena Zvezda lost against Borac Cacak and as we defeated Čukarički with 4:0, we secured the 4th Champions title in a row (actually we need only point in order to celebrate, but that's it).

The table:

1 Partizan 72
2 Crvena zvezda 66
3 Vojvodina 66
4 Rad 48
5 Sloboda Point Sev. 40
6 Spartak Zlat. voda 39
7 OFK Beograd 39
8 Javor 37
9 Borac 35
10 Smederevo 34
11 Jagodina 31
12 BSK 30
13 Metalac 28
14 Hajduk 25
15 Inđija 23
16 Čukarički Stankom 4

Oh, and congratulations to Otelui Galati :D

@ Milos: It's Otelul Galati! Congratulations for the win. You had the Cup before the end of the season? Our Cup Final is on Wednesday and in the last years I am sure it was always schedlued after the last league round....
