Two words: Toy, Fuego. Are we underestimating the juries here?
Many comments online have said the juries will kill it, and I share that concern.
Maybe though, if they see a well produced, performed, staged pop song, they'll go for it.
I can't see it topping the juries but if they like it enough, it could be 4th or 5th?
I also wonder will the fact that Finland is high in odds, subconsciously influence the jurors and cause them not to throw Cha Cha Cha under the bus?

Despite the name of the video, that is not filmed last night in Amsterdam, that’s from UMK afterparty.Wow!
I think the juries are always good for a surprise. This year the jury voting is very difficult to assess. In my eyes Sweden, Finland or Spain could be on the top. I am not sure if they will put a former winner on the top. But there could also be a surprise winner like in 2018 and 2019. From todays point of view Finland will win in total in my eyes. Are we underestimating the juries here?

This is from last night’s Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam
Have you seen the UMK performance or just the pre party ones? This afternoon I 'ave been mostly listening to.....Finland
My new mode of listening is without the support of any video. I just listen....
Wow, what a start. This piece is dark, pulsating, urgent, brooding, sinister, tribalistic, repeating and relentless. The Finnish lyrics somehow adding to the sense of danger.
The driving sound continues, and you're left wondering where this is heading.
You just want it to launch into some massive frenzied sabbath....
But what happens? It launches into what seems a relatively happy chorus!!
Somehow you feel betrayed. The song seems to have sold out, unable to maintain its dark origin.
It's almost brilliant. It could have been brilliant, but it seems to lack the belief to really bring the chorus it deserves.
Having seen videos of live performances the guy seems to be a fantastic performer, and I'm really looking forward to hearing and seeing him live in Liverpool. But for now though, I'm feeling a little let down.
I've now seen the UMK, and the London performances. Both of which are great. The UMK is dramatic.Have you seen the UMK performance or just the pre party ones?
I love Finland it would be my winner most years but the issue for me is that he clearly cannot sing nearly as good as he can rap which detracts from the songI've now seen the UMK, and the London performances. Both of which are great. The UMK is dramatic.
It's just that break in the song's feeling that gives me that sense of deflation.
103 seconds of brooding building intensity......but then the climax isn't in the same groove. (Yes I did check the actual timing. Even the guitar crescendo is there in the final moment of build up.)I love Finland it would be my winner most years but the issue for me is that he clearly cannot sing nearly as good as he can rap which detracts from the song

When you say juries won't let it flop, do you mean because it's a known fan favourite with lots of buzz and that the juries will feel that they should reward it to avoid looking out of touch? Or that they won't let it flop because they'll genuinely really like it?Juries definitely won't let this one flop, I think it'll do fairly well, not 100% sure it'll be the jury winner, could, and might win the televote!

But it's the beginning which is magical! Sadly that magic only lasts 103 seconds (yes, I've measured it!). After that point, I stop listening. What's this insanity It gets better after the dreadful beginning, though.
