Eurovision fans: OMG! such a fun and catchy song. We didn't see and hear anything like this in years! Well done Finland! 12 points!

I really like the song and the live, my only critic would be that, again, we almost can't hear his voice under the recorded backings, he could even just pretend to sing.

I'm notorious for my abomination for male vocals, but girl......... THIS IS A BANGER!

It gives me so much EXCITEMENT, I can't wait to see what kind of staging aesthetics Kaarija will come up with, what are his other songs etc. He is exuding so much starlight when he is on the stage and making me curious about what else he has to offer. He is a show boy and he is so tiny, so adorable. I think I have a crush on him. I have place, can host. Find me Kaarija.

OK I'm already getting into fights with people who claim that Loreens win is already sealed.
I mean, she is basically eurovision ready, while Käärijä needs to polish his staging. So I can see why people underestimate Finland right now.
It's likely jury winner vs likely televote winner. It will come down to who appeals to the other part of the vote more and Loreen has currently a better chance to also get a decent amount of points by the public, while Käärijä would in this state probably struggle with the jury.

I feel Ukraine will win the televote but with a small margin on Kaarija. Loreen may struggle more with the televote, I mean, she would still get an high score, but Kaarija and TVORCHI are likely to give her more than 100 points of margin. The question is: will jury mess with them?

With Finland, we can at least guess the genre more or less.

Yes, Junior Eurovision.

I gave it a chance and listened to it twice again and watched the performance. The beginning/verse is ok, 3 points, but the chorus? Come on! This is worse than Irelande Douze points! I don’t understand why everyone loves it. It‘s something I would expect in a kids' show programme.

But if everyone is happy about the contest now then it’s nice it brought you joy and pleasure. It’s not bad actually, it’s the first time in years I‘m probably not spending a little fortune on telephone calls, biting my nails off and sweating my favourite(s) will make it top 5. I can sit back and relax the show, knowing none of my favourites will win. :)

I don't know how you can listen to a blend of heavy metal and rap and think it sounds like music for children or JESC?
You don't have to like it, but this just doesn't make any sense.

Yes I see that. So maybe Norway has the best chances.
To be honest I wouldn't count her out as the lucky third (Duncan won without winning either jury or public votes). It's polished and the vocals are on point, so the jury should like it. And it's also very much a televote magnet.

Tbh before I read the translated lyrics I had hoped he would be singing about f***ing me (or any other listener) into oblivion because let’s face it, I‘d be here for it but (especially) as a German I also relate to the actual meaning. I have a very hard time letting go when I know people technically could be watching me. I wish I could get back the ease of my early teens, back when I was a youngster Musical actor and I didn’t care about other people‘s opinions. And since he is raising important points in my life, that makes me like the song even more and is my number one until Loreen gets (hopefully) chosen.

Yup, that's it! We can always relate to a song if it touches upon questions of our identity.

This one raises emotional and cultural issuses that are not frequently adressed in music (normally the topics are love, self esteem, being true to yourself like in Evidemment etc, in other words, topics that are worn out).

Furthermore, Kaarija tackled this topic in unpretentious, funny, non-judgmental way. Those are really some smart lyrics many people can easily relate to.
