Yeah the third song is easily the best of the three. Nothing like, SUPEREXCITING, but if Sebastian can sing in tune, it should qualify easily. The other two, idk.


We'll see how good these three songs hold up in the NF.

Honestly, these songs are not that bad.. I think the biggest problem of them is actually Sebastian. And I'm afraid it will be worst on stage.

Superman is far superior to the rest! You guys have to pick this!
I'm sure Darude can go far with it. The song itself is a meme potential.

"Release me" would get so many plagiarism accusations that it's not worth it, and "Look away" sounds like an album filler.

hmmm. I like Look Away, but I don't particularly like the lyrics once again in this one (like with Superman which is just a big no when faced with this 3). Release Me is easily the best one imo, as although i like it, it's rather generic as these songs go.

This is surely a setup for Superman. The other two songs aren't bad but they're lacking in character, which Superman has for certain. It's got strong meme potential as EscGeek mentioned, and I think that's probably the route to go with Darude. Aim for being the people's champion.

Look away is my least favourite so far. And it sounds the most difficult to sing.
1- Superman
2- Release me
3- Look away

I don't know which one to prefer, none of them are memorable but they're all still enjoyable nonetheless... the staging will be the final judge.
Superman is the most catchy so I'd probably say this one.

All three songs are very alike. Neither of them annoys me, but there is also none of them that really wows me. Finland can choose any of the three and be somewhere in my top 15.
But honestly I fail to see why Darude was so hyped when he was chosen.

I don't think it's possible according to EBU's rules to have a track playing for 3 mins with no lyrics, but I really wouldn't mind if Sebastian didnt sing and Darude just gave a big party on stage for 3 mins, and the camera showing people having a blast like crazy.
That could be original, memorable, simple and beautiful. Maybe it could even win the whole thing.
Actually that was my primary expectation when I heard Darude was going to ESC. Now all we got is Gromee - Light me up v.2.0 and it wasnt even successful lol.
Darude was my biggest hype this year, but it looks like we don't have a winner here either.

The songs are just so sub-par and mediocre. The singer's voice doesn't seem to work with this sound.
I'm pretty disappointed, Finland was my favourite last year and I used to like Darude.

Agree completely. Obvious choice. But judging by the reactions I think on the night it'll be close, at least with the public vote.

All the songs are good, but Look Away is the best, IMO! (And Release Me the weakest one.) Is it possible to get a poll here to see which one people prefer here?

Meh, none of the songs are bad, but none of them are particularly exciting (or are even that memorable imo). They're all lukewarm. Reading Finland's qualification chances right now is impossible. I *think* their odds are better than Gromee's but worse than JOWST's? The live will show us which one of their three songs will make the best entrant because right now it seems pretty equal to me.
