There's a detail from the stage that I missed. The LED panels not only rotate, but they also move forward. I'm not sure how that might be used in an already small looking stage, but cool addition.

If this happens, then you are our lucky charm until May! 😍 Unlike @Sammy who only predicts the negative things. 😒
Ahahaha and if I‘m wrong, I just set myself up to be avoided like the plague 😂

The stage will have a big island in front of it, so either acts can perform on the main stage (albeit becoming narrow and smaller) or the island.

My main question about the stage might be: where will the wings (the pathway where they'd deliver props) be located, since this is an enclosed space? The typical open-air designs are providing diagonal wings from the back of the stage, but I don't know about this one.

Ugh, I’m bored.

It’s time to spice this Eurovision season up a bit

:rs:Hurricane "Zumi zimi zami"
:de:Ikke Hüftgold "Lied mit gutem Text"

:md:SunStroke Project "Yummy Mommy"

and i also need to mention:
the snippet of :at: Edgar Allan Poe. xmusic

Are we ready for the ticket purge at the end of this month? I presume that’s when it’ll be anyway, as we find out ‘more details’ then…

I’m dreading prices  especially because I’ve already bought Madonna & Beyoncé tickets so far this year. Oh well, 2023 will be the year of seeking forgiveness (from myself) not permission!

Many non-native speakers have a better English command than the Brits."

A native English language speaker is likely in the vast majority of cases to have a very good command of the language, there's more than one way to speak English. No point singling out the UK either, other places such as Jamaica will also speak it how they want. Those who aren't native are much more likely to be less fluent through classroom learning rather than speaking it every day in their own society.

And you could say much the same of other widely spoken languages such as Spanish, Arabic and Chinese.

Well, ESC artists got shut out at the Grammys last night. ABBA lost all three of their nominations to Lizzo (Record of the Year), Harry Styles (Album of the Year) and Sam Smith/Kim Petras (Pop Duo/Group Performance), while Maneskin lost Best New Artist to jazz singer Samara Joy

Question - Has somebody ever composed a table of voting price rates in different participating countries? Would be interesting to see where we rank.
As much as I've watched the national selections this season, our fare seems to be 3-4 times higher than elsewhere. I know that the local broadcaster puts the prices in place, but could EBU regulate this in some way PLEASE? Because it's not OK!
I would vote A LOT more in our national final and when the Liverpool competition starts, but... My whole family wants to vote as well! After 3 vote castings the bill exceeds my usual monthly phone bill! And when to multiply it for example by 5? It becomes A LOT of money!
Where's the justice I ask???

Here’s the SMS ones but it’s not fully accurate as UK didn’t have that option.

By the way, tomorrow is the killing day!

Italy / Festival di Sanremo (Final Night)
Malta / Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2023 (Grand Final)
Denmark / Dansk Melodi Grand Prix
Estonia / Eesti Laul (Grand Final)
Croatia / Dora (Final)
Romania / Selecția Națională (Final)
Latvia / Supernova (Final)
Lithuania / Pabandom iš naujo! (Semi 2)
Sweden / Melodifestivalen (Heat Two)

Either we are happy:

or we panic:

I will choose the second ...
Won't watch Sweden or Lithuania, will concentrate myself on Estonia and Croatia and later on on Italy.
