I think you all underappreciate Nemo, once being :it: HoD, approaching the whole matter in an absolutely :it: style. Have all those Sanremo nights taught you nothing? :D I am 99% sure he is (was) ready to submit all the votes at 23:59. Like, you would never expect this from a :de: HoD, would you? :)

(That doesn't necessarily mean I approve of this approach btw, nor that I suggest that anyone should actually draw any inspiration from it! I just want to point out that there is possibly some funny aspect to it.)
Could you please explain which is Italian style according to your idea?
What did you mean by this?
Have you read the messages of the other Italian members of the Jury?
No you didn't. One person doest make a whole case of prejudice. All of us, as members of Italian jury have asked to our HoJ to send votes because we don't care and don't make any strategies.
So please stop having prejudices and always remember that WE ARE A GREAT COUNTRY
And that Sanremo which you ironically mentioned has showed what style, quality and identity means.

Chill champ, he was just making a joke. We don't doubt HOW GREAT YOUR COUNTRY IS, and how Sanremo showed what style, quality and identity means. :)

I think I get your anger about the whole situation and I find it justified.

What I meant by this is that Italians can have a relaxed attitude in situations when others would already start to panic - which can be sometimes a bit troublesome, but it can also be very useful and admiration-worthy imo. Of course, it is a generalization which does NOT apply to everyone and if it anyhow offended you, I am sorry, it really wasn't meant to.

I have, in fact, read the messages of other Italian members of the jury and I am happy you guys saved the day and managed to send your results on time even despite obstacles.

Of course you are a great country - speaking of Eurovision specifically, Italy took my n°1 spot both in 2018 and 2020 (disclaimer for any of the organizers: this has been no secret for a long time already, and it is my private sms-voter opinion only ;)). And of course that Sanremo is a great example of all the qualities you mention, which is why so many people here appreciate it. It also has a very relaxed atmosphere, which is what I was hinting at with my joke.

I will be rooting hard for :it:, good luck in the finals.

I understand what you meant.
I think sometimes we should consider better our reflections before writing them.
OK you were joking but still I don't understand the comparison with a German HoJ?. What was you meaning?
On the other hand you wrote that you have read the messages other Italian members have written so there was not an Italian style.
Why pointed that out in your reflection?
So according to what you wrote
Italian style=strategy or dramma or corruption and you were sure because of your Sanremo nights where dramma strategy or corruption is very common.
The same thing could never happen with a German jury.
I'm not making this a big question but words are important and sometimes could be misunderstood if written randomly.
I'm not heated at all but just wanted to make you know my point of view.
Obviously in an Italian style. 🤣🤣

By the way, if it's done via youtube, then some songs may get copyrighted ala Spain. So may impact the viewing experience.
So perhaps that's why Twitch is used instead? I am not sure.
If you do streaming, they will not block anything.
But whatever, youtube or twitch doesn't matter, we need someone who can help us with streaming

Germany is usually stereotyped as a very punctual and possibly the most orderly European country, which is why I used it in that comparison.
I am often very sensitive about precise formulations so I appreciate your call for the very same thing. However, I don't think you need 100% precise words to understand the point of my joke. So, I tried to make a funny comment, I apologised to you if you found it a little offensive, and that's it for me.
Have a very nice day, hopefully we can all quickly get out of the pandemic mess we're currently in and finally get to enjoy the great weather also outside of our homes :)
