Isn't Jan smit the most handsome host that has ever entered esc stage or what. I mean he should be mister or smth. And he is taking English lessons to learn English. He should get a Nobel prise or smth. What a fantastic choice Dutch TV has made.

Hi all,

As part of our preparations for Rotterdam and beyond we are currently looking to add some contributors to our website team, in particular from Russia, Ukraine, the Caucasus and the Eastern European region to help improve our coverage of this region in Eurovision.

If you fit this description and would be interested in learning more or would know someone who may be interested please send me a message and I am happy to discuss requirements and possibilities further!

Am I the only one who's getting anxious and impatient? I mean, we will hear the first official entry later this week (I don't count "Shaj" since it's going to be revamped and performed in a different language) but I have the feeling that this time, we are VERY late in terms of coming up with our first rankings. We all know that countries such as Azerbaijan, Russia and Malta will be the last ones to release their entries and also, I have the feeling that the national finals are quite late this time.... We will get to listen to 40 new entries in 5 weeks. That's basically 8 songs per week (counting from February).

Busy times ahead of us and I don't know if I will be able to deal with it Oo

I don't think it started off as late as you think it is. Basically we already have 6 performers before 2020 so in terms of performer reveals this year is better than 2019. And we will always get this big reveals on February and it'll always STACK UP REAL HARD so

Yeah

Prepare your potato crisps and soft drinks my friends it's officially 2020 season

Plus it's

xyaaayALLOCATION DAY xyaaay
Prepare for anything but here's some list that I have wished for 2020 Allocation Day:
1. No lopsided semifinals this year too
2. No 🇸🇪 🇩🇰 🇳🇴 in one semifinal for Serhat's white teeth please no
3. No 🇬🇷 🇨🇾 in one semifinal
4. No 🇷🇸 🇲🇪 in one semifinal
5. No 🇦🇲 🇦🇿 in one semifinal just pair one of them with 🇬🇪

Even though you make a valid point, I still believe that it started off very late this time. I know that we already know a lot of entrants (Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Georgia, North Macedonia, France, Albania) which totals 19,51% but when it comese to the entries/songs, we basically haven't heard anything. Maybe "Shaj" (even though the Albanian entry will be fundamentally changed) = 2,44% of all entries are "known".

Also, if you take a closer look at the calendar, we won't be getting many official entries until mid-February. Just Spain, Czech Republic, Israel, Italy, Latvia and Australia. This means, that we will be getting 35 entries within basically 3 weeks.

I just hope to see Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Ukraine being allocated into Poland's semi-final + the United Kingdom and Germany being allowed to vote in it when it comes to the allocation draw.

I know it's me - part of a diaspora - speaking but seriously, after robbing Tulia last year, Poland deserves to shine (and win 2020) :D

Lithuania and Latvia usually dont vote for Poland and even Belarus only gave 5 Points last Year. If anything Poland should avoid Lithuania in order to have a Chance of UKs, Irelands and Norways 12 Points.
