Please post any and all discussions regarding the contest itself, host country and city, organisation, rumours and other topics not related to any specific country's selection process.

I don't know if this accurately portrays what the stage will be in action, but if it's something even remotely similar to this one, let's just say that I think I have my favorite ESC stage ever.

God I hope that's not it. It's just an LED stage in front of an LED screen. There's no imagination there. Oh and a catwalk, how original.

I dont understand what would be special about that stage. I think it will be a great stage but hopefully not like this animation. I guess it will have more moveable parts to provide a unique staging for each act.

I have heard that there has been Edsilia Rombley Libel in this thread. This I simply CANNOT abide, which is why I have come to draft this strongly worded statement about how I cannot abide it. Peace and the opportunity to reach out from on top of the world to you all.

Hugs,
LVER

So, the tickets go on sale today. I will try to buy tickets for my first ever Eurovision. But I heard reports that only seated tickets will be made available. I'm not sure if I should wait for the next rounds, in case standing tickets might go on sale. xshrug

I'm waiting for Virtual Reality to evolve even more, so all of us could meet in a virtual world and watch ESC together :cool:

Are you from an Eastern European country?

No, I live in a German speaking country at the moment. That country is relatively small, was very successful at esc. I can't tell you more because of protection of data.

TBH I have a feeling Rotterdam 2020 would be kind of beige, in terms of songs. The internally selected artists and the national final songs were mostly fine and solid, but didn't really wow me at this point.

I've been with low expectations so far. Victoria is the most interesting artist and she gives me vibes of conceptual midtempo (maybe something like sebi?)
