I read somewhere that apparently Valentina is doing it again for San Marino, just the official announcement is yet to be made.

They said it on 12th of May, 2014 that there will be a NF next year but didn't specify it's date....

The participation fee should be free for San Marino, Monaco and Andorra and why not Liechtenstein ? It would be nice to have them in the contes. Besides, it would increase the number of participants and the EBU can totally work with the Big five, France, Italy and Spain to help the three close microstates to work with their delegations.

And they should really really tried to make contact with Luxembourg for them to come back.

How can they not want to bring a country who one almost one out of 10 contest ?

the Armenian HoD didn't confirmed anything,she just said that we'll probably know the name of Armenian participant a bit sooner , IF Armenia decides to participate

I agree completely, it would be great to see them back. Luxembourg had so many beautiful entries. It's sad that they left the contest already more than 20 years ago. Time flies.

I think 2015 there will be more than 40 countries in the competition since it is the 60th anniversary and since Europe is thrilled to see a country like Austria taking the win and receiving the honour of hosting.

My prediction for a comeback:
+ Croatia
+ Bosnia and Herzegovina
+ Serbia
+ Cyprus
+ Bulgaria
+ Slovakia

Since the Balkan countries have a big diaspora especially in Vienna with hundreds of thousands of residents, I think they don't wanna miss the chance of extra cheering from the crowds.....

+ Kazakhstan
(but I don't believe that will happen, but I think we need a debut county for the big anniversary!)

Withdrawals:
- Georgia (maybe forced to withdraw)
- Israel

I think we will have a healthy number of participants around 41-43....

Of course, there could be one or two withdrawals out of the blue like Poland or Greece due to financial reasons or lack of interest. Also feuding Ukraine and Russia might stay out.
