From what i saw , the songs that impressed me , and i think they will be in top 12 are:
1.Turkey
2.Israel
3.Armenia
4.Azerbaijan
5.Greece
6.Belgium
7.Croatia
8.Denmark (Sweden)
9.Romania
10.Iceland
11. Albania
12.Ukraine - Norway

Great rehearsal from Croatia, i can watch it over and over again; i hope they will manage to capture this beautiful show well on camera. I really liked it, it's emotional, strong and elegant. Congrats! =)
PS: Although I love the song, Germany's performance was not very good, it looks so simple but not in a good way; I hope at today's rehearsal it will be better, 'cause I really want that song to have a good place at ranking =)

It's Cyber Marie N! But in a good way. Sensibly, the band just get on with performing the song in a band kind of way, while the narrative is played out behind them by the female dancer. It's memorable and effective. It also takes a flipping age to set the stage up for - it was solidly two minutes after their postcard finished before they were ready for first runthrough.
Influences from Lordi and Marie N's stagings are obvious to me - but I'm a geek who can actually remember Lordi and Marie N's stagings, which are solidly 4 and 8 years ago respectively. Ouch.
This is a real, real, serious contender for the win.

Yes, yes it does - It tells you that the Azeri machine has serious competition from the REAL Turkish speaking country next door. In the hall it looks all bright lights and messy, however being a TV show and all, the TV staging looks brill - and I dont even mind angle grinder woman in the background because, after all, it's "her" that the song is about ( in a weird dahli-ist kinda way).
You can *still* get 50/1 about this to win. Top 4 should be ok - but if I am placing cash on something, then I must think it stands a chance!
It is a serious contender.

I'm quite impressed how they improved their vocals. The Cybergirl thing grew on me also those glasses with red lights are really cool. When the pyros are added to this, everything combines with the song. I'm sure all of these will be shown much better on TV let's wait and see..
