I am particularly interested in the casual viewer component as this is kind of a representation of what you can expect from the casual viewers (which will make up a good amount of percentage of the public vote).
I don't know how accurate it is, but it's definitely interesting to see that the quite a few of the fan favourites didn't do particularly well in this component.

I second this as well. To be honest it might be more significant for the grand final rather than the semis, but in terms of being an overview it could tell us the way casual voters 'view' the songs and influence televoting.

I used to watch some of the escbubble videos years ago and dont think their reactions give any indication of how viewers will vote at the contest. They feel rather random tbh.
I just looked up 2019 and thought we could compare to the actual televote in the contest:

Sweden 114
Spain 110
Azerbaijan 100
Malta 99
Switzerland 99
Cyprus 95
Greece 94
Estonia 94
Armenia 93
Russia 91
The Netherlands 90

Montenegro 89
Italy 87
North Macedonia 87
Belarus 87
Latvia 86
Denmark 86
Israel 86
Hungary 85
Ireland 85

Germany 85
United Kingdom 85
Czech Republic 84
Lithuania 83
Norway 82
San Marino 80
Serbia 79
Australia 78
Belgium 78
France 77
Austria 76
Finland 74

Albania 73
Georgia 70
Moldova 69
Croatia 68
Poland 65

Iceland 64
Romania 62
Slovenia 58
Portugal 55

1-5 Televote
6-10 Televote
NQ

First of all, way too many countries received almost the same amount of points. Can't draw any conclusions out of these.
This panel made it look like Norway could struggle to qualify, yet it won the televote.
Also can't take any group of reactors seriously that manage to give more points to D mol than Mahmood.

Thanks for doing that. I agree the grading system they used is not the same as the actual competition.
Understandably there are some peculiar tastes in the panel and they are rating the songs based on the studio cuts (and music video) without taking into consideration the 'live' performance/staging.
So I can understand there will be some deviation.

However, I think it will at least shed some light on which song could potentially do well or not well in the televote perspective.
Just based off the 2019 ones, you can see how they got majority of the NQ down.

For each country's graphic, you can basically ignore the right hand side, as it conveys pretty much the same information as the left hand side.

Thanks for the explanation. It is very hard for me to listen to the highest notes, but objectively the range of Eden and Blas' voices is simply amazing. xshock1:(y)
So, I was thinking why it is so pleasant for me to listen to Geike, it turns out that she takes very low notes. xheart

It would also be interesting if someone wrote about the unique features of voices and singing techniques. I mean, I hear voices that cannot be confused with any artists in the world, but I have no knowledge to explain this.
I hear unique features from:
- Montaigne
- Gjon's Tears (mainly in his last year's song, on the choruses, but maybe they put his voice over there in several layers?)
- Damiano (it is even better heard in his other songs, like La pauro del buio)

I hear Katerina's white voice, typical for Slavic folk singing, and there is something unusual in Samantha Tina's voice.

Eden is really impressive! I did not expect that 'small' range for Destiny, it's a shame.
Also, Tix has quite a range, did not expect that as well!
Knew it for Blas, that he hits the highest male note.

It does show some elements that I think might be the case later on. High jury rankings for entries like Israel, Portugal and Slovenia.

A lot of times, people seem to forget that the juries are 50% of the vote as well, and that they sometimens look at other qualities than catchy tunes or charisma etc.

For example, I wouldn't be surprised if Portugal would finish top 5 with the juries (in SF2). According to this ranking it would, and I can see the actual juries rank Portugal even higher than Finland, so that already would be a possible 4th place. That would make you probably a sure qualifier.
