Like last year I think it was. They had let Orelipoiss to top 2... and many other examples.
Anyway, Estonia is so little that jury ofc has got their friends and relatives on stage.

Why can we not have a same kind of selection like the Swedes. They have an amazing show each year. ERR has all the availability for it. Let people vote for who to send to the final and then who will win.

Loss Paranoias made it to the final with televoting, they were not in jury's top 5, and their live performance video on youtube is second in the number of views after Liis Lemsalu.

You guys seriously shouldn't complain about your nf. You have possibly the best setup in Europe in which lots of different genres are given the opportunity to participate. Just look at how horrifically bad the Irish nf has been in the past few years and you'll realise how lucky you've been

I find it sooo wierd that the jury doesn't like Loss Paranoias They are obviously talented musicians and their song is very melodic and jury-friendly imo? If this is really "Eurovision song contest" or "Eesti laul", then i think they deserve to win, cuz they have the best song...

Eesti Laul is the best, completely. And yes, jury is needed but not like Chalice voting for Orelipoiss stuff. Jury is needed, that any member shouldn't have friendship with any singer. It'd be difficult to pick a jury like this though. This is another issue.
As for Loss Paranoias, their live performance is unbelievably amazing.

Why the facepalm? He's right about that.

Actually the juries are a problem in this selection. It's a good selection, but the wrong songs are chosen way too often and often I find the juries being the reason why.

I don't see the idea of having so many innovative and modern songs in the selection, when the jury is obviously ruining it all, by being so..... conservative and boring in their choices. At least that's how i see it..

Umm, the only jury member in the semi-finals who works for a radio station was Owe Petersell from Elmar, which is not ERR station.

First you are making false statements and then you are basically saying that the jury should consist of only the people you like and they should vote only as you like.

Oh, and thanks for calling our current and upcoming FSC entries crap, because all of them are (or have been) in Elmar's TOP10.

But you can't deny that if it would've been only jury then they would send Malcolm Lincoln or Orelipoiss to Baku.

I can, and you will see it when the voting details are revealed after the final. The jury clearly favored Ott and Liis in the first semi, Lenna and Tenfold Rabbit in second semi.

Also, let me remind you that in 2010 Malcolm Lincoln won with televoting. Jury preferred Lenna and Rolf over Malcolm Lincoln.
