I can't stand rap and that part ruins all this song for me.

COUP D'ETAT GUESSING GAME - HINTS (guess in this semi's thread the term I'm looking for):
Hint #1: It is a city (2 guesses allowed)
Hint #2: It is located in North or South America (2 guesses allowed)
Hint #3: Its population is lower than 500 000 (2 guesses allowed)
Hint #4: It was founded in 19th century (2 guesses allowed)
Hint #4 - ADDITIONAL: it's not about searching for 19th century cities, look for 19th century urbanization - it'll help you narrow down the list of possible countries (I'm gonna say that that I managed to find least 2 possible countries with this hint - I'll tell you that one of them is Canada, the other one is very easy to find, but there may be more that's only what I've found with quick googling)
-> The prizes are big: the winner gets to nominate the songs he/she wants to in 1 round (most likely 3 songs) and all Coup D'Etat guessers have bigger chances to win Head of Household / Power of Veto (only for the round where they will guess)
