The stage looks great but with a small venue like this I think a catwalk wasn't necessary. I don't mind a small venue but you have to find tricks to make it look bigger and that catwalk isn't really helping the arena.

The stage looks really cool. I agree with popavapeur though, the venue is really small so they shouldn't have gone with a catwalk

I think it looks cool as fuck. Will be nice to have eurovision in a smaller venue after all these years. I think the smallest before this was Denmark maybe?

True, the venue in Kopenhagen has a 10'000 capacity, so just a bit bigger than the Tel Aviv Expo. I am surprised that Kopenhagen was that small, because the stage
looked bigger than other stages. Maybe because it was a simple design, which I liked.

I still don't get it why the producers think that having catwalks and b stages for Eurovision is such a good and brilliant idea.

The artists are basically just 3 minutes on stage and these catwalks/b stages are originally made for artists on tour to be closer to the audience, to interact with them and to have some "variety" in terms of performances. A Eurovision artist has no time to use it properly and like 2011, 2014, 2017, 2018, for example. It's just very few artist using them anyway (mostly sending a dancer or musician to the B stage or walking/running around for a few seconds). It's a waste of money and space, tbh.

the venue in Kopenhagen had a very high ceiling and the led in the back was put along the whole wall, thats why it looked bigger.
