Some of the latest pictures from this amazing stage...

I love this view! xheartbeat

Looking good. Probably will be part of some amazing interval act.

I really love this wall that they have on stage... Does anyone know what kind of technology allows the glass to go from transparent to opaque? Is it PDLC or electrochromic glass?

Is that water?

That is pretty neat, and cool! But I had no idea, is there always water there during every performance?

Not sure about every performance, but I know Poland use it in theirs. The person washing the clothes goes up to fill a bucket of water up.

I have no idea how to get to B&W Hallerne by bike tonight (where's that new bike lane, which roads are closed, etc.), all the pages only help with public transport, this shall be fun :D

edit:
yeah, definitely a better choice to take the bus... less stress and the buses are so efficient  thousands of people leave at the same time and there's zero waiting time... good job denmark

Maybe it's my personal opinion, but the hosts last night were rather mediocre. Fake conversations, fake humor multiplied by three. What a difference with the outstanding quality of Petra Mede last year!!

I agree with Bluebird, Petra Mede had so much more presence.
Long waiting lines at the buses going back from the venue to CPH centre. Taking the boat was a much quicker option!

Indeed hosts are boring and unconsistent. Well Pilou had a role... The woman is zzzz and distant. And Nikolaj was completely useless.

Meeeh, is smile and enjoy something that doesn't exist in Denmark.

I don't know why they chose the 3 hosts thing. Norway created it with a think. The younger couple for glam and entertainment, the lady for results and credibility.
Then Germany copied with Anke + Stefan + this blonde
And Azerbaidjan with Eldar + Leila + this frightening lawyer xscared
Sweden made a great thing last year with Petra (maybe the only success of Swedish hosting xfacepalm) and now we have a boredom to host... well they could have taken a voiceover...

Btw, I just read there is only 3 points between the #10 and #12 last night xshock

Denmark are one of the best hosts I've ever seen, they have done an outstanding job. The stage is amazing, the hosts are great, the show is spectacular and everything is spot on. They have really created the Eurovision atmosphere, it feels like they have done what SVT wanted to do last year but failed to do. The semi was really good, I have been thinking about it all day and I just can't wait for more on Thursday and Saturday! xcheer :dk:

Well, I'm sure there's something else on the French tele that might escape your boredom. It's a free choice to watch or not to watch.

4 out of 5 big 5 countries (also Denmark) is in the second half of the show, that means 6 of the 10 finalists tomorrow will end up in the first half.

I think the hosts were pretty good compared to what we've typically witnessed the past 10 years. I prefer slightly under-enthusiastic over annoyingly over-enthusiastic.

No, I'm just disappointed in you for repeatedly being so damn negative to anything Scandinavian. Maybe you haven't noticed it or perhaps it's not very seriously meant. But as things are at the forum, you're just enforcing the ranting mob. I know it's really no fun for our Danish friends to see nothing but ridiculing comments on their efforts. It's unfriendly and rude. Completely unnecessary and non contributing. Just my reaction and sorry for your discontent.

I'm not negative. i'm saying since yesterday that the stage is wonderful, and that it may be one of the best contests ever if not the best. Copenhagen is really a great host, but i really don't like the hosts. They looked really cold yesterday especially Lise Roenne with her strange dress... But Denmark has really done a great job.

And indeed, I really don't like "Undo", though I must say that I've liked her yesterday. But I like Basim and Cliché love song, love Carl Espen and his song and really like Iceland and am proud they're in.

I really hope that Hungary hosts the contest next year as their A Dal was magnfiscent or UK as it would finally give more credibility to our stupid French management. I fear that if Sweden hosts it again, Björkman will make again the contest his...
