What are Russia and Cyprus doing so high in the favourites' scoringboard? Why's Italy so low? Serbia in the second half of it? Why is Bosnia in the bottom5? For f**ks sake, that won't surely happen!! On the other hand, I wouldn't wind with Azerbaijan winning the whole thing. Anyway I think those guesses from the press are not what reality will be like. With Russia being the unfortunate exception.
