The song is hogwash, but you can ignore that if the singing is good enough. His singing annoyed me in the final. Unless he's improved immensely since then, I'll continue to be annoying by his singing because of it's off-tunedness.

I thought Lithuania's participation in the ESC 2010 was under the "?" mark as they were facing financial difficulties and I see an impressive promo tour. How did they get the money for it?

Not as far as I know, but Romania placed higher than Denmark and none here really expected it to come 3rd, even those of us who loved it...
