It is a mere legal notice to avoid possible lawsuits imho. Nothing to be taken seriously. They will hardly withdraw now.I guess the clause about a possible cancellation is put in evidence in their announcement because of the current european political context, we should remind that something unexpected can happen.

With the change in voting rules, I'm afraid the Czech Republic won't qualify from the semi-finals. BUT it's just my bad feeling.
Not necessarily. In the four times the Czech Republic made it to the final, they were Top 10 in the televote on three of them (including two Top 5).
