She is standing tall all on her own. Gabriela Guncikova from the Czech Republic has just completed the second rehearsal of her song “I Stand” here at Eurovision 2016 in Stockholm and the second rehearsal was even more impressive than the first.

Gabriela has kept every staging element from her second rehearsal, but after hitting her marks a lot more concisely, the entire performance looked slick and professional.

One minor change but with massive impact is during the final chorus, Gabriela grabs a hold of her pony tail and removes the pin in her hair and shakes her hair out. This minor change looks incredibly sexy on camera. And just when you think it can’t improve, light wind catches her hair as the flowers bloom on the LED behind her. It’s absolutely beautiful.

BTW, she won the wiwibloggs poll with her previous rehearsal.

Would it sound too cocky, biased or disrespectful to the other artists if I would say it seems to be the best act in SF1? I really think so, especially after literally all my other favourites disappointed me in one way or another, while Gabriela still... stands.

I think she did a very good job today; not overly sure if the staging is quite right, but then I have no better ideas and the song is sorta called "I Stand"...

I lowkey want this to win ngl. this is the most gorg ESC ballad I've heard in years, and in a year full of uptempos with OTT performances, this simple yet breathtaking ballad with just the same performance just hits you out of nowhere.

It doesn't fit the song at all. She will just ruin the mood and lose her chance to qualify.
