If Czech Republic goes with Cool Me Down wouldnt it be against the rules of the contest or something alike?

Technically, I guess not. I mean Napoli (!) competed in Belarusian and Polish NFs this year, so as long as a song isn't officially representing a country already, there shouldn't be any rule broken.

But realistically, "Cool Me Down" will remain a NF entry. Czechs didn't wait for a Polish reject to make a choice.
