just because no one placed 0 ?
It's really strong A hard song with dance elements, i hope it would not have the same destiny Evridiki's song had in 2007. I give it 10 points.
That didn't hurt, but it's mostly because of how pissed this song makes me. I worship at the altar of pop music, and very few musical phenomena upset me more than to see pop musicians so ashamed of the music they make that they feel the need to add in a rock element or two.
Minus One are not mainstream Pop musicians though. If anything, they added a more pop feel to their song.
Okay, let's say I'm wrong, and that they are a rock band. That doesn't make it any better. Why are they so embarrassed to be a rock band that they felt the need to add pop elements to it?
?? First you criticized them fore being a Pop band trying to do Rock. Now you're complaining that they should stick to their Rock roots rather than making Pop music that you said you admire. It's okay to not like a song, but at least be consistent in your criticism. We all know why it's done, to have a more universal appeal. I mean it's a Thomas G:son produced song, that's something we should have expected.
Naked men, gurrrls:
But this is consistent criticism. I love pop music, and I love rock music, but I hate when a group is too scared to be one that they have to cushion themselves in the other. They set out to make either a pop song or a rock song. Great. But if they were fond of whichever genre they chose, they wouldn't have felt the need to add in either the art of rock music (which they failed to add anyway but clearly tried) or the accessibility of pop music (which they also failed to add anyway but clearly tried).
I was liking it but then the chorus disappointed me
