I liked the song already before watching it live, but the embroidery around the cymbals was just amazing!
Any recommendation for other songs with a similar vibe?

The juries voting was fair, especially in comparison with the televote. BL does not have the vocals and performance ability of Nemo, and the song was mostly based on a pre-exisitng riff. Switzerland's song was a more complete composition, presented in a more interesting way, by a superior vocalist and performer.
2nd place for Croatia is a great achievement and their entry will be remembered. However the juries were mostly spot on this year.
This is a song contest, not a competition for who can hit the highest note while doing circus acrobatics

So happy that Norway gave this 12 points. All my friends really liked this performance best.

Hopefully he going to be a much bigger star after this

Croatia did great, second place and winning the public vote they should be very proud for.

In Serbian neighborhoods the song is played no stop.

I think Croatia just experienced the split screen curse. Sweden lost it in 2019 and won in 2023. Switzerland also lost the split screen in 2021 and then won it in 2024. It's just a matter of time before Croatia gets their trophy (not that they need it, Baby Lasagna and Croatia are already a winner. Compare all of this to say Azerbaijan winning in 2011)

Today, Baby Lasagna was awarded by Croatian government and prime minister for promoting the country and achieving best result ever in our ESC history.

He was given 50.000 euros. Today, on the instagram story he refused the award saying there are much more people/organizations who needs that money more than him. He donated all the money to the 2 hospitals who are mostly fighting against children cancer.

What a legend.

Great deserved result. Very impressed with :hr: winning the televote !
I think that :ch: had more of a "whole package", to win Eurovision, in the current way of adding points.
But that's a great entry and great result ! :hr: is in a good dynamic !

He seems like a very nice, humble man.
There are other Eurovision contestants who could learn from him (not Nemo, who seems lovely and very grateful for his support).

I finally found a very cute photo of him with Nemo, wish we would have another angle from it as well.

Even though :hr: didn't win in the end, everything this incredible lad managed to achieve feels even more than victory. From being a complete outsider to winning the final televoting. And being such a strong favorite all throughout the season.

Well done neighbors. I hope this will spark some new ambitious name in :hr: to show up on Dora and that this will really be the turning point for :hr: on ESC.

In a new interview, Baby Lasagna talked about the Flag ceremony. He claimed that Bambie was shouting and yelling at the Israeli delegation and talking about peace and love whilst Bambie was getting furious about someone from the Israeli delegation filming. He couldn't understand what was the big deal since there were "cameras everywhere since it's Eurovision".
Apparently, Nemo and Bambie went to another room crying because of that incident.

Not surprised at all by that.

Slowly but surely we are seeing more and more evidence of how nasty of a person Bambie Thug was during ESC week acting like a baby because she couldn't deal with being in the presence of the Israeli representative. She needs the grow up in more ways than one. Everything that happened during those 2 weeks will come out eventually.

How did you come to that conclusion after the interview?

I'm not surprised that Baby Lasagna would say something like this about Bambie Thug. It became clearer to me as the Eurovision season went on that Bambie Thug is actually the interesting, more talented artist, and Marko (Baby Lasgana) would be the one-hit wonder who got lucky with "Rim Tim Tagi Dim," I've heard his other stuff, it's awful.
