I don't know who Noelle is but Devin was Albina's backup dancer for Tick Tock and he was also a finalist on Croatian version of Supertalent (Got Talent basically)
I don't know who they are and I don't really like their songs, but I also think there's no reason not be in Dora instead of some others among that mess of 18 we were forced to listen.

I can very slightly start to understand why people love this. uprading it to :2:

There's still enough time 'til Victory Day May 9th to upgrade it to 12 and then vote against crocodile psychopaths. 🤣 Slowly, gradually, the respect earned hard it will be 🤣

I think this entry IS quite terrible. If It "succeeds" It will be because of the "message" and IMO the message is so childish and blunt. The tractor means the tractor that the Bielorrusian president gave Putin for his birthday (WoW how witty 🤦) and everything IS this level of irony and satire. A Circus. Benny Hill pretending to be the Monty Python.
Maybe is a cultural thing, being Spaniard i might "hate" Putin less than people from other countries Closer to Russia and they really need this entry to vent their feelings. A 0.
do you know the phrase "you had to be there"

it's not "too elitist" to understand. it's just you have to have been exposed to that level of propaganda circus, while being a thinking human being. To talk to people who believe it and try to tell you you are the one who doesn't understand what's going on.
I know that propaganda exists everywhere, on all the sides. But at least it's smart in many instances. It uses logical fallacies masterfully, it makes a thinking person doubt themselves.
Good for you that you don't get it. I'd love to not understand and not relate to this as much as I do. it' IS silly. It IS stupid. And being able to laugh at it is a relief. That's all you can do sometimes. Laugh at how amazingly stupid the things you hear are, and cry about how your friends/family/acquaintances swallow it hook and sinker. It hurts to know HOW MANY people in Russia and Belarus (please, it's not Bielorussia, even with dictator at the helm) are eating the actual tv circus messages up. it probably needs to be as silly and stupid as this song for them to realize that it's silly and stupid. And even then, maybe not...
this is the reason for "childish" and "blunt" way of relaying a message.

A Croatian member! How are you living these days? Is there a lot of expectation in your country about Let 3 in Eurovision?

(And of course this is a question for you and for any other croatian eurovision fan here!)

People in Croatia wear t-shirts with logo ŠČ, they say ŠČ instead of hello and goodbye, the pensioners post videos of Mama ŠČ's dancing routine.

The song has become an urban legend.

People have no expectations in general regarding Eurovision.

They are simply happy of having this song as some expression of revolt against what they've been watching going on this past year. People here are sensitive about war because they lived it themselves.

Regardless of whether Let 3 qualifies or not, the majority of Croats seem to me as if they are proud of the message they will send to Europe in May, they feel it as a proof of their anti-totalitarian character irrespective of political alignment, and they think that this entry best represents their spirit, unlike past entries which had been tailor-made to humor the ESC bubble.

Also, Croats are kind of quirky and cynical by menthality. They are not bothered if they are misunderstood by the foreigners. 🤣

haha i love it!
I want to be in Croatia now and greet people with ŠČ and hear it back lmao. perfect!

And i have a feeling you guys don't need to worry about qualifying. Public will give this song it's full support. and in the semis that's all that matters. It is polarizing, but there are no negative votes in Eurovision. :geek:
I will probably lose Latvia in that semi... :(

I hope not, I love Latvia's song as well! 😔

It's well put and transpires "EMO Radiohead".

As we're talking about "rock bands", I wouldn't be missing Ireland though. 😆
