Čestitke susjedi! Congrats! I really liked Nina, and I like the dress apart that covering thing in the beginning. She should get rid of that and it would be perfect! She was lovely, and so genuinely touched. How can someone dislike this girl? She seems such an honest and straightforward person. Great! Holding my fingers crossed in finals!

It was the first great performance of the night and the background is awesome. I'am not the biggest fan of the song, but the vocals were also on point. Well deserved final spot.

It seems that people mocking the dress really affected Nina and that she cut off the parts with feathers. This has not been confirmed yet, but Croatian media is famous for spreading unconfirmed stories...

The designer said: "There will always be haters and envious people, but I don't pay attention to them", and admits that he's feeling sorry that the feathers are gone, and in his opinion - the feathers elevated the whole performance: "The feathers are there to emphasize fluidity of the performance, and to present sea foam (...) I wish all the best to Nina and my message to her is to believe in her team and collaborators, in the same way they believe in her."

He also thinks other acts looked too much alike and that some of them were copying Beyonce.

Call me crazy but although I wasn't much of a fan of the dress in the beginning, I actually like it now when I saw it on the stage. I can't connect feathers with Zigman's vision, I think the presentation is not clear as he thinks it is, but it doesn't look that bad. I'm watching her performance again and trying to imagine it without those feathers, and I think the performance is more effective with them on 1:29, for example. But maybe that's just me.

I watched with non-Eurovision fans on Tuesday and they were only talking about her horrible dress(es) the whole three minutes and weren't paying attention to the song. I hope people will have gotten used to her clothing in the final and will discover the beauty of Lighthouse. I think she will finish not too bad in the voting.

And I have to correct myself...from the article, I thought that she will cut off the whole part that is hanging from sleeves for the final. Now I see that she cut off the part above the sleeves, already in the semi. Don't know how I missed that But in that case, I agree with GermanBango, the dress is much much better without those.

This is exactly what I fear. Most voters see the performance unprepared. They will only gawk at the dress and forget to listen to the song. Nothing but a distraction.

The more that gets known about Zigmans involvement in this project the more I get surprised. He speaks about lighthouses and the sea. The song is not about lighthouses and the sea. It's about fears, hopes and salvation, and the lighthouse is only a symbol. He got it all wrong and symbolized a symbol instead of the message.

Also will ask my mom, who lives in Russia, to vote for Nina as well.

Statisically, 17th is actually the best position to perform this year. Could be better but still a good slot I think!
I hope she can pull out an amazing finale performance that will propel her to the top 10- she deserves it, the song deserves it, and Croatia deserves it.

Those odds don't look right to me for a looong time. But before, I was like "this doesn't look right". Now after semis, I'm like: "Ok, this is laughable". I have no idea what are they thinking, there's no way we're going to end up behind UK or I dare to say Poland. I'm really confident in my opinion that bookies have it very very wrong this year. As I read what people who bet on Eurovision write on their forum, they don't seem to get how the crowd feels about certain songs this year. They are surprised that some songs didn't get through but those songs people never liked at all and on the night the vocals were very bad...so I am not sure what is there to be surprised about...

So having that in mind, I still think that Nina will be in top 10, if not higher.

I bet 50 bucks that they will put Russia (a fan favorite) right after us, just like they put Loreen right after us in 2012 and Emmelie in 2013.

I hope that -during the fight for points in the Balkans - Nina will win over Sanja. Don't get me wrong, I like "Goodbye", but "Lighthouse" is definitely better to me, it's way more original and striking. But as Serbia is generally (with Bosnia) the points magnet of your region, I hope that you'll get a better position than them this time.
