In short HRT say that they still have not decided on Croatian representative. And Universal music confirms that they would like Nina to go on Eurovision but HRT is not checking their contract with Nina. So everythig goes back to no info for Croatia.
On the other hand I think that this is just spin news to make more fuss and drama in Croatian media and a way to gain a free commercial.
