I hope they return with Severina
She was great!
we will send winner of the Voice of this season, Nina Kraljić.
So what you're saying is that we should cancel what will be a pointless Eurovision 2016 and book our flights to Dubrovnik right now?
Make her an EPIC Balkan ballad like Zajdi Zajdi that she did on the Voice & she's an automatic top 10!
Unfortunately Croatian folklore is different than Macedonian, and we don't have such songs. It would be a huge scandal if we enter with a Joksimović-like song. When Severina used ethno elements she was accused for using Serbian folklore sounds. :'D
Anyway now that I've seen the results of ESC 2015 I don't want us to come back. :|
Could you show me some typical Croatian folklore Luka ?

Rumors are getting stronger and stronger that Croatia will come back next year and that we will send winner of the Voice of this season, Nina Kraljić.
At least, it was said 4 days ago in article of Tportal which is one of most relevant portals in country that will not easily write non senses. They even wrote in article that "their sources on national tv confirmed them those rumors" so I really hope it is true.
Later in article they asked some previous Croatian representatives what they think about this (about Croatian coming back and Nina Kraljić as artist) and all of their quotes basically agree in everything:
It is shame that Croatia doesn't participate in Eurovision this year. Nina Kraljić is good artist but that's not so important as she has to got great song.

Rumors are getting stronger and stronger and even MORE STRONGER!!!
One of most popular and most relevant newspapers in Croatia, Jutarnji list (that we first cited about sending possible The Voice winner at ESC), just made sensational article with title: Croatia is back at eurovision next year! Nina Kraljic is our representative! But later, in textual part it is described that those are still rumors (that highly will become true). Only thing I do not like this time is that they do not say anything about their source (unlike first time they wrote something on this topic when their source was HOD of our delegation, Mr. Kostadinov or unlike Tportal that in article cited "unofficial sources from national tv"). So, maybe this is only copy-paste of info from Tportal. Anyway, it is nice to see Croatian media giving attention to eurovision (also, they were following it all days while it was in progress and also silently were criticizing decision to not participate which could be important as esc in Croatia in last years did not have support of media) and to speak about potential comeback.
This article just gave another short description at first about this year esc. Then speaks about possibility of comeback and then "criticizing" comment (but saying good things on Nina) on selection of our TV. They are just asking who will write song and will it be good enough? They are skeptic about sending another Nina internally (they refer on Nina Badric) and they are wondering if Croatia has learnt anything from previous years. But that is true...
Anyway, article: http://www.jutarnji.hr/-na-iducem-ce-nas-eurosongu-predstavljati-nina-kraljic-/1356272/
