I've read complete rules today. Like Matt said finals will start on February 5th. That's 3rd show with 12 participants. 6 singers will perform in 4th show and 4 singers will qualify for the 5th show. Then in 5th show 1 singer will be out and in 6th as well. That leads us to the big final with 2 singers on March 5th. In first 6 shows we'll have only televoting and in the big final (7th show) - televoting + jury 50:50

I just realized it's Damir Kedžo, the one who sang "365" with Saša Lozar in boy band :lol:

Lol we only miss Tin :lol:

Sabrina last year had a song "Golu si me skinuo". Maybe this year something like "Oblekla si me zauvjek" or "Gola sam bila prosli put". :lol:

Not any famous names this time. But, that doesn't mean anything.

Yeah, no famous names. But it was expected from this Dora system. I just hope the song will be good, because among those names, I don't have my real favorites. But I would prefer Tina Vukov, Doris Teur or Saša Lozar to win

No famous names are not bad. If you imagine last year, that noone in Germany knew about Lena and then she won the contest. Sometimes it´s better to send "newcomer" because they have often more ambition. I also can´t wait untill January 22nd.

I don't know any of these names either, but it doesn't matter. I like that there is such a big choice of songs/singers in Dora (24, right?), and hopefully they choose the best!

About songs.. There won't be 24 songs. In first 6 shows singers will only perform hits or the songs we already heard. And in the big final (7th show) 2 singers will perform 3 new songs. At least, that's how I got it :lol:

More Dora 2011 news

Hosts of Dora 2011 are Monika Lelas, Aleksandar Kostadinov and Leona Paraminski

There'll be website http://www.idemonaeurosong.hr/ which will start tonight

There'll be 3 guests in every show which will comment the candidates, first names will be announced on Monday

Same experts which have chosen Dora 2011 candidates will decide the jury who will decide with televoting who will go to ESC.

There are interviews with all participants in Večernji list (prilog Studio), so will check them + will maybe add some more infos here.

But with any of those singers, Croatia won't get in final. It would be much better if Žanamari Lalić, Nina Badrić, Jelena Rozga participate in NF.

I think Franka was robbed twice

Croatia is one of my all time favorite ESC countries, but for the past years you really picked the wrong winners.

Would like to see Colonia finally being internally picked next year, it's better than having an NF with amateurs :lol:
