Hi again
Can't miss our ESC qualification ofcourse, so I had to dig up my old account on this forum...

First, I believe we're improving A LOT, this qualification format is way better than previous years.

As for the actual participants, I'm really sad that some of the best so far have already been eliminated. By that I mean, Sabrina, Dora and Saša. All 3 had great performances among first 2 episodes.

As for these still in the show:
Daria: lot of potential in her voice and appearence, altough sometimes too loud. perfectly speaking German since she's born there, that could be a plus

Žiga: it's obvious that he has a lot of experience, but lacks that something to sing more advanced songs properly. also dont like the styling, allways in black. hope he doesn't win, if he does, we'll be soooo embarassed in Dusseldorf

Jacques: amazing voice, and one of few profesional singers among this crowd at Dora. appearance is questionable, but hey it didnt keep Chiara from coming 3rd
definitely my favourite to win

The rest (Katica, Ana and Doris): I'd pick Ana to pass to next show, IMO very solid performances so far. was a bit lost in Lady Gaga's song though. Katica is also experienced like Žiga but sings routinely and emotionless. lacks any charisma whatsoever. Doris was better, she's really cute but I wasn't impressed with her singing so far. close call between Ana and Doris though

Oh and I like the choice of songs for next Saturday, should be a great show

I agree with you, almost completely! In final, I would prefer Jacques, Daria or Doris eventually

I have to say, last Saturday was definitely Daria's night! She was very good in Cher's song "If I could turn back time" but her second appearance singing Vanna's "Kao rijeka" (eng. "Like a River") was absolutely breathtaking!

I will be satisfied with anyone (even with Katica if she qualifies) except Ziga. He irritates me so much and is definitely not for Eurovision. Even if we choose good song, Ziga will destroy it :evil:

Hope Daria qualifies.

I prefer Jacques over Ziga (we know one of them will go anyway ). I liked Ziga's entry from last Dora "Blagdani" (more than "Lako Je Sve"), but still I think he's not the right choice. Only a REALLY good song could do it.

Ziga is indestructible!!! Imagine if Brigita Suler's 2009 entry would have been like: "Druga si liga, a zovem se Ziga". I think both Ziga and Jacques have good vocals. Now it all depends on the song.
