I like the region rule tbh, but it's a bit confusing.

Let's say, I'm first with choosing Belgium. Then someone comes and he chooses Brussels, that means I can't send a song from Brussels anymore?? It's rather unfair imo.

I think you should have the right to select any song, including those from Brussels (imo)

If you are in jury of Faroese Islands you must send song from there.

But you can switch juries every three months,so you can send songs from other countries.

You can send whatever song you want.
You can choose your song on your own only if you're the only one in the jury(but we will maybe have one person jury )

I agree with what Trece said that even if we do regions and whatnot, that you should still be able to send songs from the whole country your region is from, not just from that particular region as there will be so very few songs to choose from, if any.

I believe juries will have the possibility to decide on how to handle regions. I am also against staying in 1 region forever. for now there's 3 of us in Cro jury and it turns out, we are all from diff regions. and I want to send songs from their regions too, mine will become boring to me very soon 2

Instead of regions, why not call our juries after things that represent that particular country? It could be a town, place, historical event, national symbol, even something fictional from your country.

For example:

US juries
Mount Rushmore
Uncle Sam
Gettysburg

French juries
Monte Cristo
Versailles

UK juries

British Empire
Britannia

Brandenburger Tor
Schwarzwald
Brothers Grimm

Hmm, yes. I can really see the major advantage of that. It would solve the illogical problem of a song not coming from a particular region.

I personally was thinking about "numbers": Sweden 1, Sweden 2, Sweden 3 and Sweden 4. Germany 1, Germany 2, Germany 3 etc.

(As example: Aland Islands can be represented by singers from Scandinavian countries and Baltics)

numbers (UK 1, UK 2 etc) have been mentioned few times already (I mentioned them as well), that would be a "safe" option but Stargazers' idea is more fun

I don't have any problems with that but it also makes no difference to me either. we don't have depending country or something like that
