I've ranked the 39 songs according to the song itself (*/8), the act (presence, credibility, act itself,... so if it's a ballad, it's not about the real act, but the credibility, and the emotion it carries over to us,...) (*/7) and the fact if the singer can really sing (*/5).
That way, though, songs I really like (like Slovakia) can receive a quite low rating (e.g. Slovakia has a beautiful song, but the dance is too wild and her voice is not that good...)
In case of a tie, I chose the song I prefer, regardless of act or voice.
1. Germany (8/8; 7/7; 3,5/5): I really like the song, her attitude keeps me hooked, though she need to work a bit on her voice. And God, she's beautiful!
2. Iceland (7,5/8; 6/7; 4,5/5): Oh, I looooove this song! Her voice is very strong! But she needs other clothes in which she can move a bit more.
3. Sweden (7,5/8; 6/7; 4,5/5): I love Anna, she's so good! I can't really say anything more!
4. Romania (7/8; 6/7; 4,5/5): They are a good match, the song is incredible, and the act is very good! It's a pity there won't be fire on the piano at ESC, but still! She needs to practice a little more on her highest note, and it could be a very good year for Romania!
5. Croatia (7,5/8; 6/7; 4/5): Though at first I disliked this song, no one can deny it's one of the most powerful ballads out there. And leave the dancing, girls!
6. Belgium (6,5/8; 5,5/7; 4,5/5): For the first time since Sanomi, I really like our entry! (Je t'adore was good too, but not good enough) I like the fact that he will be on the small podium!
7. Ukraine (6,5/8; 4,5/7; 5/5): This one's a grower, and that's never good at Eurovision... But I love the song, even if it's a bit depressing. And I like Alyosha too, though she could show more emotion on her face, instead of a sometimes bland look.
8. Serbia (6/8; 5,5/7; 4,5/5): At first I hated this! The way he sang 'Ovo je Balkan! Ovo je Balkan! Hop hop!', I hated it! But after a few listening sessions, I began to appreciate the song, especially when watching him enjoying his time on stage!
9. Israel (6/8; 4,5/7; 5/5): This guy knows how to sing, damn! To me, the ballad is a bit boring, but I can still appreciate it!
10. Switzerland (6/8; 5/7; 4/5): I know few people would put this song this high, but I like the song, can't do anything about it!
11. Estonia (7/8; 4/7; 3,5/5): Another controversial song, as some hate it really much, but I really like the eery feeling of the song! Though he should work on his performance, it doesn't fit the song, to my opinion.
12. Finland (6/8; 4,5/7; 3,5/5): They do not always sing that well, but it makes me feel good, to see how they like performing and really enjoy it! And the song makes me happy!
13. Bulgaria (5,5/8; 4/7; 4/5): Just a standard uptempo Eurovision song. His performance is a bit overdone, but yeah, could see this doing well, but not too well.
14. Slovakia (7/8; 4/7; 2/5): I love the song, but the performance doesn't fit, and she should train her voice a LOT! It's a pity.
15. Georgia (5/8; 3,5/7; 4,5/5): Mediocre song that's saved by her strong strong voice.
16. Albania (5/8; 4/7; 4/5): Very poppy, not bad at all, but there's something missing! And we still have to see the act she'll bring at ESC.
17. Poland (5/8; 5/7; 2,5/5): In fact, I quite like the feeling of the song, but I don't like the singer...
18. Turkey (5/8; 4/7; 3,5/5): I know people would like to see this one higher up, but I just can't help it: I don't really like it...
19. Spain (4/8; 3,5/7; 4/5): Everything's overdone in this one, the act is too much, his behavior is too much,...
20. Azerbaijan (5/8; 4/7; 2/5): Another favourite here, but I just think the song is too standard to really stand out. But I don't hesitate when I say it WILL score at ESC. But I really think she can't really sing that good.
21. Moldova (5,5/8; 4/7; 1,5/5): As much as I like the song, they can't sing. Period.
22. Lithuania (4/8; 6/7; 3/5): I really like the act, it's very funny, but the song is too repetitive.
23. Greece (5,5/8; 3/7; 2/5): This should've been sung by Katerine Avgoustakis, not by Georgios! He sings it like a drunk friend at a karaoke bar. This is clearly under the standard we've learnt to set for Greece.
24. Armenia (4,5/8; 3,5/7; 2,5/5): Just don't like it, sorry.
25. Ireland (4,5/8; 3/7; 3/5): The song's not that bad, but I don't like the live performance, too cliché, nor her live voice.
26. Norway (3/8; 2,5/7; 4,5/5): I don't understand why so many people like this! It's boring, he can't move at all,... But he sings very well, that, no one can deny!
27. Russia (4/8; 3/7; 2,5/5): Oh please, someone do anything before he kills himself! It's just too much melancholia, too much the feeling of sitting in a bar where a few drunk friends get out their guitars and some random guy starts singing.
28. FYR Macedonia (4/8; 3/7; 2,5/5): Another song I just don't like.
29. Cyprus (2/8; 3/7; 4,5/5): His voice isn't bad at all, but it's too cheesy.
30. Latvia (2,5/8; 4/7; 2,5/5): Monologues usually are boring. But monologues usually last a lot longer than 3 minutes. So it must be really bad if they manage to bore me in 3 minutes.
31. Denmark (3/8; 2/7; 4/5): Song & Act are too cheesy, but they can sing. This should've been on ESC ten years ago, not now.
32. The Netherlands (3/8; 2/7; 4/5): First time I heard this, I laughed out loud. Congratulations, my dear neighbour, you managed to top the Toppers!
33. France (8,5/20): As we have no live version at all, I can only rate the song, and I really don't like this kind of songs, especially not on Eurovision, but I can still see this working, if the performance is right.
34. Malta (2/8; 2/7; 4,5/5): I love Disney, I really do! I still cry when seeing Mufasa die, but 'trop, c'est trop'. Too much Disney-esque features are not good, and the scarecrow is too majestic. But she too, can sing really good.
35. Portugal (2/8; 2,5/7; 3,5/5): I loved their last two entries, but this one's back to the old Portuguese standard: fairly low. See Malta, minus the good singing.
36. United Kingdom (1/8; 3/7; 3,5/5): Oh, please, I won't even start this one. I guess I'll just keep on dreaming about Webber and Jade Ewen.
37. Bosnia & Herzegovina (1/8; 2/7; 4/5): Another song I just don't like.
38. Belarus (7/20): Still no live version of this. And giving that 7, I still feel quite friendly. Too friendly.
39. Slovenia (0,5/8; 1/7; 4/5): They're lucky they can sing, cause a 'zéro points' is not that far off.
