I would seriously love for her to come back and try again, I loved her entry in 2011 and it without a doubt deserved to make the final.

As I may have mentioned a thousand times before, there isn't much I like at the intersection of pop and rock, but I absolutely adored her 2011 entry, especially that bonkers live vocal and staging. Would be great to have her back with a vengeance.

According to Joana Levieva-Sawyer (Bulgarien HoD) they are currently NOT in due to a lack of budget. JESC was mostly covered by the Bulgarian government, so hosting the contest is not the reason why they may not appear in 2016.
