I've been obsessed with it ever since the music video dropped! The sound mix is so much better there, you can actually hear his vocals and the beats separately. The lyrics are actually so cool! I also discovered his performance at the initial showcase with no elaborate choreography and found his stage presence to be naturally strong. Can't wait for this to hit the Eurovision stage and blow the competition out of the water!

I think i listen to different radiostations than you then because i dont hear it a lot on the radio. The only song i've heard a couple of times from eurosong is Desolée of Mentissa.

really? I listen to MNM, and my parents listen to radio 2. and they play it a lot there. never heard the other 2 on the radio

Wel his buddy Manu is head music at MNM and they are a station for younger people so its logical they play it there... I dont hear it on the other radio's that much tbh.

It's also already out of the ultratop top 50 since last week. Only lasting a good month or so in it.

There isn't much going on currently as he is a teacher and will still teach his class till easter leave. After that he will focus on eurovision. I guess we will see more performances after easter break. The easter break starts the 7th of april in Flanders so i can possibly see him attend the London, Manchester & Madrid pre-party's.

I thought his crazy prediction that Belgium NQ was crazy on account of Belgium almost definitely closing the show. Not only are they not closing the show but they've been given a really rough slot imho. I'm really starting to see the vision.

Yeah, that is a horrible RO slot, and Cyprus is closing (which is somewhat wild to me, when Belgium and San Marino were right there). I'm starting to get worried

Aye b/c of the odds and I though it unrealistic because I thought they were a lock to be closing the semi…but they’re doing no such thing

Back in late December through to January were first in the odds so its a fall from grace for a lot of people.

Hmm, i actually think Belgium is safer than i thought before the RO.

This was one of my faves since before the Belgian final even happened, and I am still surprised by how poorly this song has been received by the ESC fandom. I still really like this song, it's in my top 5. His vocals are great, the song gets me energized, and overall is just a feel-good song for me.

It sounds really unpleasant to my ears especially his vocals which sound off to me.

Again, there are multiple problems with this song and its chances:

- bad running order (with the least success in the 2nd half), after Norway, which has more hype (none of them are exciting though) and its main competitor in the last spot.

- he isn't charismatic at all and has 0 star appeal. the styling with the red hair is also awful.

- the vocals, although impressive in some parts, sound rather annoying.

- again, the song doesn't stand out, with so many men singing upbeat songs in this semi.

I'm not saying it will 100 % NQ, but I really don't think all Belgium, Norway and Cyprus will qualify, and out of these Belgium is the least likely to do so.
