According to a Belgian eurovision site there were problems with the televoting.

Normally you could vote starting from 20.10, but lines were only opened at 20.30.
So everyone who (tried) to vote in that time, paid for it, but was not rewarded by a vote

And since the result was so close, do you think they are going to recount the votes? Would they change the song or they are just going to give back the money to those who voted from 20:10 to 20:30?

Changing the song is impossible I think,
we have to live with it

Now most of flemish reactions I read say: we have chosen the wrong one, like usual
I think the same, but ok
But I think with her voice, VRT could have pulled much more out of her
