I don't understand why so much hatred for this song? Tbh, I still think that Steve Linden was by far the best choice, but this song is so addictive and different from the others that it definetly doesn't deserve so many negative comments imo. Well, to be honest I was also staring in the "WTF is this?" style when I first heard it, but with each next listening it began growing and growing on me......and now it is on "repeat" and it is my favorite song selected so far I am not sure it stands good chances on the ESC itself, as it is too unique for the contest (but then again, it reminds me of Cosmos from 2006), but if they improve it, it won't pass unnoticed, that is sure. So I give

Sandra is maybe a bit afraid - like me - to have a same scenario as in 2000 (with only 2 points and a blind singer)

Strange jury... strange points... it's not the first time the RTBF acts a bit weird...

I do like accapella, but they need to improve their act. Maybe it can turn out well, though I'm a bit sceptic.

Whoa... I didn't realize those semi-final clips I'd seen from the Belgian national final were from the actual semi-final. I just thought they were shot during a winner's conference or something. So, was the final like that as well? How very amateurish of Belgium. I expected better.

The semi-final was a radio show, during which video footage was shot apparently, the final was on television, and yes did look better.

As for Witloof Bay representing Belgium, there were a few songs I preferred but a lot I thought were worse than theirs. I think they put down one of the best live performances yesterday (vocally), while others were major disappointments (like Thayss 'n Bau), so in that respect I don't mind them winning. Still not too crazy about the song though. I'd give it a 5 for now.
