From all that is already in from Ex-Soviet countries, this is the best song so far. But still kinda wannabe.

Although I didn't like Alyona's song, it's really unfair that she was robbed. Belarus has a very weird understanding of "democratic decision making"

Litesound as new Belarusian representative in Baku

BRTC has just announced a new winner to represent Belarus in Baku. It’s Litesound with their song We Are The Heroes!

Today, BRTC has announced a new participant for Baku. Litesound who won the jury's voting on the 14th of February will represent their country in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest. The band will rock the stage with their song We Are The Heros!

The band Litesound was founded by two brothers Dmitri and Vladimir Karyakin. The band took part in different national and international festivals. Their songs have held high places in the national charts.

Belarus will compete in the Second Semi-Final on May 24th in Baku.

WTF? Eurovision should give some kind of explanation about this already. If Alena Lanskaya won Belarus National Final, she should represent that country. Period. This is outrageous! (A-O)
