Azerbaijan song reminds me this one. From Russia NF 2010. Not speaking about plagiarism...but they both are so...dark.

soon the Azeri version will be revealed

So there is an Azeri version afterall?

Can't they send that to ESC instead? Would be far more interesting and also fitting now when you're hosting it.

AZERI VERSION FOR ESC!!!!

The deadline is Monday/Tuesday... so you can still change it if it's ready.

Yesterday I overdosed ballads  and didn't listen to Azerbaijan and Belgium, but now I did and starting with hosts, I am really pleasantly surprised.
I like it hundred times better than "Running Scared". She's far better singer than Ell&Nikki. You can hear local instruments and that is great. Sure will grow on me even more till May. I'll give it 8 points for starters :D
Of course in Azeri would be great, but I think I've dealed with the fact it's not possible that they do it in their language... :(
Good that they'll be releasing Azeri version. No hope for change, tho ;)

Exactly! It's unacceptable singing in English when Azerbaijan is the hosting country. They should show some identity. Let's hope they change ideas.

Finally I heard this song today...
I guess Azerbaijan doesn't wanna win twice, so they sent this. It's an OK song for a hosting country...it will do work.
For Sabina - I think she's a great singer, thanks to her this song sounds fine. Song itself is very generic americanized ballad - to my ears (similar to stuff Azerbaijan sent before, but a bit weaker then previous ballads - imo).
There r some nice instruments well hidden behind. I wish those instruments were dominating the song, but overall it's too generic and doesn't sound much of Azeri to me.
I would like to see Sabina sometimes again for Azerbaijan, with a song that has more character;) Not to be misunderstood - I think this song is fine - no country would be ashamed of such entry, but it's just not outstanding. Good luck with hosting, I'm sure Azerbaijan will do great job.

What a forgetful song.... also boring... Seems like Swedes are only good at trashy pop balads.... such a shame

Well produced, but may be too produced... In the middle of my ranking...

The song has potential but in its current form, it's rather blah. Had it at least been sung in Azeri, it woulda been more interesting. 5 points

It would be awesome if this was sung in Azeri, especially when Azerbaijan is the host country. Their chances of winning again are very slim anyway, so they should focus on presenting their culture. It was a shame that Germany didn't send a song in German last year, but at least "Taken by a Stranger" was somewhat special whereas this song is rather generic in its current form. Good luck anyway.

Well, apparently there is an Azeri version of it, so I actually hope they re-consider and go with that one instead. I actually don't see why they shouldn't??

This is totally gonna wipe the floor with the rest of the ballads this year. If I were Pastora, I'd be scared if Azerbaijan gets a late draw.

Azeri version could be more interesting. Hope they pick that.

Btw this song is toooo western that balaban doesn't fit the song. It seems like

- Ok, the song is finished.
+ Wait we forgot to add ethnic elements!
- Then let's put some balaban music here a little, there a little.

I don't know... If this was Turkish entry, I'd not feel like it's our entry. Do you understand what I mean? It's not about like or dislike, it just doesn't feel like "Azeri entry in ESC 2012".
