As a "real" Austrian, I doubt that there is anything like "ethnic" Austrians. There is a very old Austrian Schlager song and the lyrics describe that f.i. a real Viennese woman comes from Bohemia.

Not really. They use the term "dem Vernehmen nach". Which basically means - we heard it somewhere. Maybe it was even in this forum
