There are some similarities with the illumination during her performance in "Dancing Stars".

OMG, her honesty is breathtaking and refreshing at the same time (I like the way you hate me 2:40). Deban didn't like her rehearsel performance, at least he said so in a reaction video (first rehearsels winners & losers Day 3 / 8:20 min) when PÆNDA wasn't around.

PÆNDA 5:49
So guys, I know some of you don't like "Limits" and that's totally ok, but maybe you like the album, maybe you like "Evolution II".

The Austria Press Agency reports:

"I am satisfied with the first rehearsal and our ideas were well implemented in Tel Aviv. We tried to create a more intimate stage on the huge ESC stage, "says PÆNDA.

APA wrote:
PÆNDA's performance at the "Eurovision Song Contest" is mainly supported by light effects. Around 50 Light Tubes (with programable LEDs) surround the singer in her appearance and allow the most diverse three-dimensional lighting moods. On stage, PÆNDA wears a custom-made black outfit by designer Romana Zöchling (label FERRARI ZÖCHLING) made of the materials silk, viscose and modal. It was made according to the basic ideas of the singer: a bandeau top with ruched modal and small leather details and a trousers that is asymmetrical and thus acts as a fusion of skirt and pants.

OK, so here is what I think about our qualification chances:

>67%

It is definitely in the jury top 10, and maybe also in the top 10 of televotes. It has an appeal like Calm After the Storm, which means, non-existent almost to hardcore fans.

Austria should be able to take on and end up higher than these countries: Armenia, Denmark, Romania, Norway, Northern Macedonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, Moldova.

Since fan favourites account for televote favourites, some of those fan favourites could stumble in the jury vote which opens another opportunity to surpass: Switzerland, Russia

I don't think we can catch up with: Malta, Azerbaijan, Sweden, The Netherlands, Albania

Highest expectation: #6

Lowest expectation: #12

Likely: #8

Fiercest competitors: Romania, Denmark, Norway, Armenia, Northern Macedonia

Phil Colclough of oneurope.co.uk wrote a wonderful review with the title "Austria - In living colour (oh wait)"

Quotes:

"It looked stunning on stage...."

" The chorus was a change of gear and the chord pattern in the middle eight is also very strong. There was a rawness in her voice that drew you in to the verses. I genuinely can't overstate how haunting it was and how she blended so well with the backing singers in a way that few have managed."

"The consensus was that this improved immeasurably, and I think it's going to qualify."

Another very entertaining article on this site by Roy D Hacksaw "Party Like It's 1999 - no, really..."
In a paragraph called "Party hair" he writes, after describing the demeanor of many of the artists, about Pænda:

" But our favourite of the lot of them was the delightful Paenda. She's friendly as hell, hilarious to chat to, and knows her place in the Eurovision firmament, and is just happy to be a constituent part of it. After her enormously emotional performance yesterday we hope she does well at this thing, because it was a genuine pleasure to meet her."

For me there are only four 100% NQ: Croatia, Ireland, Moldova and Lithuania
I am not sure if Malta will qualify, it could be a surprise NQ in my eyes.
Austria stands out and thats why i think it will be one of the 10. With the jurys it should be top 5.and i hope it will not do too bad tihe the televotes, thats really difficult to predict.

what easily could happen is that Austria will be the last country to be announced.

I tried few times and could not like this song at all xboringAfter rehearsals I am convinced that this won't qualify on Thursday next week :( I hope it is about my personal taste and if not, then I I wish Austria comes back with something much stronger next year

Tumblr, mostly.
The press poll holds very little creedence, most people who vote in it aren't journalists but biased fans. Blackbird won the press poll and still NQ'd.

I've said it elsewhere, but it's very fitting that Paenda's irl name is Gabriella, because the rehearsals made me realize she's heading down Guncikova trajectory of qualifying in 10th place, and then finishing last in the finale's televote.

If only PÆNDA would qualify, I‘d be already happy. But in this semifinal I fear for that...

which would be an argument for paenda, since she does not have a fanbase in the community. thus it is quite surprising that she is that high in the poll.

i wonder how much the austrian delegation will change in the second rehearsals. paenda said that she was not happy with all parts of the performance, but maybe that is only little things.

I don't understand why people dislike this so much - it's a decent entry.

The press poll is fairly accurate for the time. They are voting on best rehearsal, not most likely to win.
