This "singer" couldn't pull this at all, it was shameful..

I've been playing the piano since the age of 5 and I've had 9 years of music education. So yes, I have some clue about music theory and I definitely have my ears functioning right.

This "singer" doesn't have a volume to pull this of, just listen from the 02;34..and show that to some professor of solo singing to judge..

My friend yesterday who also watched ESC with me, told me she likes this composition a lot, but was so sad some other proper singer who can pull all the notes didn't perform it..

But as I said Buranovskie babushki were 2nd..

And last year Emelie de Forest won, NOW THIS no surprise why ESC is a laughing object in all just a bit more seriousl musical "enviroments"

Austria was enthralling to watch and had a wonderful story behind it. In reality 99% of people watching won't care about whether one of the notes was slightly out of key or not professionally perfect.

The only little flaw I can hear in the performance is between 2:42-2:45 and it sounds like as if she was just about to start crying. She managed to hold it together though, so I don't think anyone can say that it was vocally awful and she didn't pull it off.
Moreover, this is not The Voice. It's the Eurovision SONG contest, as you like to point out all the time

Her vocals were perfect. It's one thing to hate the song, but you simply can't deny she owned it vocally and performance-wise as well.

i agree, i don't like song, i don't like tembr of voice, but Conchita sang great without any back-vocals
