You know, I disliked this song but now I'm quite surprised and miffed that it didn't qualify. The performance tonight was convincing, it was even entertaining and overall well done. Compared to some other performances (especially Cyprus) this deserved qualification more. I too believe the juries must have given this low ratings, dragging the total score down.

The entry I'm most sad about from the ones that didn't make it. :( An absolute crowd pleaser, yet it still couldn't do it. It probably came very close - 11th and 12th and in less than 12 points of qualifying. And to think Nadine Beiler qualified but this didn't...

Agreed. Especially with the last sentence which sounds like an awful joke. From now on let Europe fully decide whom they want to see in the final – after all the show is made for the people. Enough with the obsession of save, un-offending, lame mainstream music. ESC needs acts like them, too :(

I don't like this song, but I don't hate it like I did before either. Much better than CYPRUS, I totally agree with Mozz. It would have been a fairer qualifier. Very entertaining and professional.

My most hated entry of Semi 1 (well maybe tied with Ireland). And I'm not apologizing for it. Absolutely dreadful. And all the repetitions of "popa" and "woki" were dreadful.

I really liked this. Shame it didn't qualify, their singing wasn't as dreadful as some other countries and their performance was pure fun.

"Woki mit deim Popo" was mainstream music though.. 'Offensive mainstream music' if you wanna call it that:lol: Most mainstream songs today set out to offend.

I agree though that this song deserved a place in the final. I don't like rap but I warmed to this song and two guys smiling on stage, looking like they are having a blast beat the usual rap I see which is guy on stage, covered in bling, wearing sunglasses, unable to crack a smile. These boys were fun and deserved a spot in the final.

I would have liked to see them in the finale. I think they would have qualified in the weaker second finale.

To those saying it's the juries who are responsible, you can't have it both ways. Sometimes they'll carry your song (like Austria 2011), sometimes not. I for one think this deserved to be relegated in favour of letting Albania through.

Maybe the reason for less energy:

When the girl kicked Manuels cap away, he hurts his leg badly (old soccer injury) --> cruciate rupture and double meniscal tear... if you know that, you can see that he can't dance anymore and was really worried... :/ sad for them

Interesting. But in the end we all rate with our own taste.

Did I want it both ways? I hate The secret is love from the bottom of my heart. Agree on Albania, but I think it was Hungary that qualified instead.
