Wow, beautiful song! I'm glad she will perform in the second semi-final, because I have tickets for that semi-final and untill now the best songs for me were in the first one.
Thank you Austria!

No, the juries believe dated wailing ballads are reflective of "contemporary music" and "quality", so they'll help her to final.

The public know though that this type of music haven't been played on radio for the past 15 years or so, they also know that this is strictly representing USA and not Europe, but the public are now considered too "dumb" to chose on their own.

I want success for Austria finally, but not with this song.

A bit boring if you ask me, but a good song with a woderful singer. I'm sure this qualify and probably reach the top-10 with the help of the juries. I give it 7 points :)

It's funny because when I want to hear ballads, I turn to Europe  Well, I remember really famous ballads from the 80's like Whitney Houston and the likes, but that was so long ago

Americans in our age group aren't really too big on ballads, we like Black Eyed Peas, Trey Songz, and all that random songs I hear on the radio.

I still like this ballad, it has charm :)

I agree that the song is a disney ballad and not a european master piece.
But watching her live performance (in HD at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlgbTiYq3gE&hd=1 ) I fall in love in a minute.
She seems to have the best voice of the 2011 competition and she can deliver an outstanding performance.
I know it's a song contest and not a talent show, but I am always getting enthusiastic when I see a young talent for the first time.
I think many people will sympathise with her at the Dusseldorf event.

And this time I´m sure, that Germany will give Austria points. Mostly Austria didn´t receipt many points from Germany, I don´t know why, because both have a near similar taste in music. This time it will change :D

I think Slovenia's ballad is superior to Austria's. Nadine has a great voice but there's no escaping this is a painting by numbers ballad that sounds no different to every other Disney ballad ever composed.

At first Nadine wanted to make an acapella song, but it's against the rules in Eurovision.
If she had been allowed to sing acapella, she could have had a chance to win.

Here is her acapella version of 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow":

That's what Nadine said shortly before the National Final.
She had no reason to lie about it.

Oh, and Belgium at least "pretend" they have music.
You know what I'm trying to say?
